SHIPPING & HANDLING
Exciting news! You've placed your order, we've made it and now it's ready to ship. We ship in several different ways depending on what you've ordered. Below is a summary of those ways, but rest assured, we will keep you posted throughout the process.
Smaller than a breadbox:
- Domestic (USPS Priority): Your package should arrive within 1, 2 or 3 days depending on your location. We will email you tracking information when your order ships so you can keep an eye on its progress.
- International (USPS International Priority): At checkout you will be charged our standard domestic shipping rate. Once your order has processed, we will contact you to discuss additional shipping charges based on your location outside the continental US. We will produce the required customs paperwork to ship your order, but keep in mind that you are responsible for additional paperwork and any duties or fees that may be required by your home country.
Bigger than a breadbox:
- Domestic (Freight): For furniture and large objects, we ship via 3-party freight companies. Our standard shipping for these items is curbside delivery. Meaning the driver drops it off outside of your house or office. We have many other options available including white glove delivery, so after you place your order, email us so we can discuss options and pricing. F.O.B Oakland, California
- International (Freight): Currently, we do not ship large objects internationally. That said, we would love to hear from you and discuss what options may be available.
Freight Damage & Returns:
Please inspect your order the moment you receive it. Our packaging is top-notch but damage in transit can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt, take photos of the damage immediately, and contact us right away so we can arrange for an exchange. Save all crating and packing materials and your damaged item, and we will help determine the best way to return it when you contact us.
